Alicante Private Airportshuttle is a trademark, a public limited company registered in Spain. The financial seat of Alicante Private Airport Shuttle is: Calle Pintor Pedro Camacho Nº5 Local 17 at 03015 Alicante. In order to provide all its customers with their services, Alicante Private Airportshuttle works with transport operators who offer a professional transfer service or who act as a transport service, with the relevant licenses and permits required for this activity under national legislation.
Under no circumstances are transport services considered to be combined journeys in accordance with Council Directive 90/314 / EEC of 13 June 1990, or in the conditions of the Royal Decree-Law of 16 November 2007 by the person who has the text of the General Consumer Protection Act and approves users and other additional laws.

Transport conditions
If you agree to this contract, you, as a customer, give our drivers the right to refuse the carriage of passengers who may be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and persons whose behavior may be considered dangerous for the driver of the vehicle, to other passengers or for themselves. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken on board vehicles for consumption. This prohibition also applies to narcotics. Smoking is prohibited in the vehicles. Eating in the vehicle is not permitted.

Baggage allowance
The vehicles for private transport have a capacity of two pieces of luggage per seat, that is to say a suitcase that may not exceed 70 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm and one piece of hand luggage. Transport of luggage that exceeds these measures is placed on the available space on the vehicle and can also be refused. The passenger is responsible for all costs incurred in the event that additional vehicles are required to transport this undeclared baggage.
If you, as a customer, require transport of luggage that exceeds these limits (for example, suitcases that exceed the maximum permitted dimensions, skis, golf clubs, snowboards, wheelchairs, etc.), Alicante Private Airport Shuttle must be notified at the time of booking. A surcharge may apply for extra reserved luggage. The transport of luggage and other belongings always falls under the responsibility of the customer and under no circumstances can Alicante Private Airportshuttle be held liable for loss or damage.

Changes and cancellations
Occasionally, it may be necessary to make changes after the reservation has been approved, such as replacing the transfer bus with a vehicle with a higher capacity or offering different vehicles based on availability. An equivalent vehicle will be offered at all times! In all these cases, Alicante Private Airport Shuttle will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Last-minute reservations
Alicante Private Airportshuttle accepts last-minute reservations, at least 12 hours before booking and subject to availability, via our customer service on the telephone number 0034 620 666 661.

Transfer of children
Group services are usually offered by a minibus or a bus. In these vehicles, the use of seats for children/babies is not compulsory under Spanish legislation, as many of these vehicles do not have compatible seats. Alicante Private Airport Shuttle Alicante will provide a maximum of two baby seats upon request when booking.

What is considered an extra stop?
The change of the route that changes the previously contracted route and that takes no more than five minutes to pick up a customer in the same city is considered an additional stop. Only possible within the same city and never a route of more than three kilometers. With a supplement of € 8 per extra stop.

Services with direct payment to the driver
The contracted services with direct payment to the driver must be paid in full when you are picked up. If that is not the case, Alicante Private Airportshuttle is not responsible for the execution of the service and can be canceled.

How and where do they pick me up?
An Alicante Private Airport shuttle driver will pick you up when you are at an airport or train station, as close as possible to the arrival hall. Our driver is waiting for you with a sign with your name. If you do not find him, call 0034 620 666 661 and we will get you in touch with your driver.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?
Alicante Private Airportshuttle manages and monitors your flight, but for more information and confirmation, contact us on 0034 620 666 661. The driver of Alicante Private Airportshuttle waits for you 45 minutes from the moment your plane lands, at no cost. If you are not present after this waiting time after landing and if you have not contacted Alicante Private Airportshuttle, we will cancel the service without the possibility to reclaim your payment.
